Dual-mode Graphene Quantum-Dot silicon nitride photonic biosensor achieving a simulated detection limit of 0.02 ng/mL for IL-6. Validated multiplexed detection of PCT, CRP, and IL-6 using IBM Qiskit quantum simulation models.
